Imperial Cold Side
This beer contains no hot side hop additions and therefore very little bitterness. We hopped it prior to fermentation with a hefty dose of Mosaic and Centennial. After fermentation we dry hopped it a second time with Amarillo, Mosaic and Chinook. Finally, we dry hopped it a third time with Simcoe and Equinox lupulin powder.
