1 Year Anniversary

We put together an American style wheatwine, a sort of forgotten hybrid of a barleywine style ale. We utilized five different types of wheat for our biggest beer yet. We promptly aged it in local white wine barrels that'll round out the tart, full bodies, herbaceous hop profile, enhancing one year down, and forever to go! Cheers!
