Black Marlin er en fyldig, mørk og chokoladeagtig porter med en udpræget amerikansk humlekarakter. Den passer godt til kraftig mad og er en af de få øl, der også fungerer til dessert — for eksempel æbletærte med is. Blandet med Big Eye IPA kalder bryggeriet den Black Eye.
