Faceplant

The flavor of whole cone Cascade and Centennial Hops dominates this American-style IPA. Multiple hops additions in the boil kettle and a massive one in the Hop back builds an array of hop flavors and aromas. This unfiltered amber ale has a penetrating herbal mouthfeel and pleasing floral nose backed by Pale, Vienna, and Crystal malts. The use of a Hop Back allows us to collect all the flavor and aroma of the hops without gathering any extra bitterness.
